Not happy with my experience here today. The one girl with the attitude all because any bigby I have ever gone to if u buy the... cup u don't pay for the coffee she says well we don't do that here only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause the other 2 werebusting their butts they did good. Didn't stop there this time but they do have good coffee.
Frequent shopper here. Friendly staff. Opportunities: Service needs work, drive through is very slow and coffee is inconsistent.... It?s not uncommon to spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive up. Coffee is made correctly 80% of the time but that 20% rate oferror is unfortunate. Read more
