The male ?manager? is extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn?t have the time or patience to give you time to complete your... order, and 2 times out of 3, your drink will be made incorrectly after he rushes you through it. After seeing him visiblyhuffing and puffing I asked for a refund only for him to tell me that I couldn?t get one until after his shift when he closedout the drawer. He then demanded that I leave the store after I told him that wasn?t true. After I informed him that I was notinterested in anything from this location and would not be leaving without a refund, he threatened to call the police on me, andwhen I agreed to stay there and wait for them to come, he finally gave me the refund that I initially requested. The drinks were good but not labeled so when my dasher dropped them off I couldn?t tell which was which. Mine was supposed to be... sugar free and my husbands was just a normal (full of sugar) iced latte. PLEASE LABEL DRINKS! I could have had a sugar spike andhad to go to the hospital after accidentally drinking my husband's drink! I did accidentally drink his and ended up getting sickfrom the sugar. my bf and i went to biggby today and we went through the drive thru. for starters, the guy at the speaker was really pushy and... wouldn?t give us time to actually speak. he was trying to rush us to finish ordering, so that was frustrating. then, myboyfriend gets his ?enlightened chai? and it tastes nothing like chai. it tastes like straight milk. he also got a ham andcheese sandwich, and the cheese was cold and looked unappetizing. i know it?s a biggby and they aren?t mainly sourced aroundfood but they can at least get good food to serve their customers Read more
I like the convenience of this location. Great, friendly staff. What I don't care for is the engineering if the drive-thru. It's... sort of difficult to pull right up to the window. There's been several times where my coffee hasn't been filled all the way tothe top. I order a 24oz, and sometimes lucky if I even get 20oz. With that being said, this is an overall good place to go fordelicious coffee. Read more
This is by far the best Biggby in Jackson County. They are friendly, accurate, and helpful. I love going to this Biggby, I can... actually stop there and make it to work on time! Not many other coffee shops can make that happen. Keep it up Parnall....youguys are the best! Read more
They did an awesome promotion for World Teachers Day. I appreciated the coupons, the clipboard, and the drink. Had a bragel it... was really good. More expensive than I usually would spend but it's a coffee shop. Lots of good coupons to make it moreaffordable. Drive-thru is convenient. Read more
Biggby is my favorite coffee shop, and I just noticed this one here the other day since I work down the road. I went in early... morning during the week, ordered a drink, only to be met with extreme rudeness from the male worker. The female who was workingat the time was much more helpful and friendly than he was. I?ll go to the Springport Rd Biggby instead. Read more
The owners here knows the manager of her mason store is calling in fake complaints to the delivery drivers at their store to the... agency they deliver for, she scream yells and belittles people in front of customers and employees alike. We filed a etiquettecomplaint with biggby corporate and they don't care. She now has me blocked and I am losing 40 $ each day due to her abuse andharassment. When we told lori she blocked us on facebook and has directed her Manager to call the cops on us. I don't know aboutjackson but in our small farm town personalities like lori and her manager aren't tolerated, they think because they havemillions of dollars they can walk on people. Read more
