Worst place i have been. There stuff in our drinks the wait staff said it was likely cofe grounds in our mtn dew. Waited so long... to get the food we was not able to eat. The wait staff said there was only 1 cook and That's why it was more then 30 minutes fora egg hash browns and toast. I don't blame the wait staff or the cook this was on management for understaffing. Then there wasnot a manager available at the time to speak with so i will be calling them later today i spent 20 for a few sips of mtn dewwith coffee grounds( we hope) in it. Completely unacceptable i will never return and i hope non of you do it will ruin yourdinning experience. Read more

Did not order takeout as I wanted to do because can't use a gift card to pay for it. Manager told me he didn't know anything... about the app. Told me to pay with a credit card and save giftcard when we come in to eat. Very frustrated. Went someplaceelse to eat. Should be able to use a gift card and managers should know how to use the apps. Read more

Awful experience! Waited over 45 min for a table for breakfast and was told 20 min wait. Ordered food and waited close to an... hour for food and never got it. Watched several tables who sat 20 min after us get food and done. After asking about how muchlonger it would be our waitress said it was going to still be a little bit! So after wasting over an hour and a half my husbandand i got up and left. We will never go back. I am not one to complain but this was ridiculous! Read more
My waitress was great, but my order came incomplete after about 20 minutes waiting also tables were left with dirty plate and... food leftovers for very long time, many employees past by but nobody took time to clean and get everything ready for the nextcustomer. They have to teach employees about restaurants operations, customer out, table clean and ready for next customer. Read more
My wife and I eat here several times a year, and we are really never disappointed. My wife had the fried shrimp dinner, and I... had the grilled chicken dinner with mashed 'taters and broccoli. It was also nice having banana bread as a meal option, as I'mnot big on corn bread. Everything was clean and Covid compliant. I never remember to take pics of my meal until I'm half waydone, so here's a screenshot from the B.E. menu. It was almost identical. Read more
