Called at 9:00 a.m. to place an order of chocolate covered strawberries with sprinkles on them. Was told I just needed to come... in and pick them up. Came in 4 hours later. Was told by the same individual that that was a special order and none wereavailable. Been coming to the store for 5 years now. Was sent home with nothing. I think it's great that edible fruit baskets are a thing! Healthy (mostly, those chocolate covered starwberries!!), pretty to... look at and every reciepient I have ever gifted with a fruit basket has been very pleased. Ordered an arrangement from 4 states away from the recipient. Ease of ordering online was surprising, the price i paid was very... reasonable, and the pick up for two hours out was great! I realize Valentine's day you would busy. I placed a $95 order. I called to be sure this would be delivered to my husband before... he left work. I was told yes. When I called again tyo see why this wasn't delivered I was told they there was no time. It's 347pm and my husband still hasn't got his gift. I was pretty shocked by the added fees, which were in addition to the delivery charge. I still don?t really know what the fee... was actually for. As for the product? it was not delivered in a ?happy birthday? box like it was supposed to, and it didn?t havethe candle that came with it either. The product was not handled with care, so some of the fruit was turned on its side. Lastly,they emailed me requesting a tip. In the end, 6 pieces of fruit will run you about $70. Read more
