I would give this store a 5 star review, but I wanted to make sure that the Manager, Tracy, was aware that my experience with... her prompted me to write this 1 star review. I have been going to Johnny's for a while now because I like the coffee and havehad excellent customer service from the employee, Aaron. I was in the store one morning and horrified to witness the way thatthe Manager, Tracy was berating Aaron. She was yelling at him and when she saw me watching her, she started then to berate himto me. She even told me that he has ADD. I told Tracy that he is a pleasant employee and the only reason that I went into thatstore. Aaron is always smiling and so gracious. I sincerely hope that he finds another job where he will be appreciated andacknowledged for his great customer service. As for the Manager Tracy, I think some courses on how to be true manager as wellas a decent human being would benefit her. Read more
