Multiple times I have been to this location as I pass it daily just for a simple French vanilla ice coffee and yet every time it... is not made right. I have to asked MULTIPLE Times for it to be remade and always gets worst and worst. I ask for my money backsince they won?t make it right and they just remake another one. Ordered two double cheeseburgers (2 patties, 2 slices of cheese) and was given two McDoubles (2 meat patties, only 1 slice of... cheese) instead. So either the person making them wasn?t trained properly, or the person making them simply didn?t care. Everyjob I?ve ever had has been fast food, including McDonald?s. Made a mobile order tonight for my family and I. Picked it up as Curbside. Waited over 10 minutes, while watching staff standing... around behind the cash register?s. I got annoyed and walked in. Once addressed, the person flopped my drinks and food on thecounter (so the food had been ready and bagged, just nobody would walk it out). I walked out and checked my food once in my car.I ordered one of those ?Adult Happy Meals? and was missing the toy? which is a $2 price difference. (Dumb, I know but it?s aboutthe nostalgia of the happy meal). So, my partner went back in for either the meal or the toy. He was handed 2 Cars toys and toldto leave. This staff was super rude, we normally use this location because they had the best service in Jackson. NOT ANYMORE! Then, I get home to actually eat, and my ?Big Mac? wasn?t even made correctly! Ordered a kids meal, 2 burgers & a double meal with bacon. No toys - promised extra fries instread but didn't get them. Handed... me 1 drink & told me to pull up to wait. Had to ask 3X for my mocha frappe then still didn't get the milk that went with thekids meal or extra fries. However, this was the first time in over a year I was able to purchase any frozen item. Everyone at this location is pretty great except for one lady who always seems to be in the worst mood. Every time I see her... she?s always extremely rude and has a horrible attitude. She?s rolled her eyes at me for asking a question once before. Todayshe yelled at me because I didn?t specify that my bag of food was a ?special? because I had a modification. I come here about once a week as it is close to my office. The food is consistent and always hot. Fries and hasbrowns are great... and they have always got my custom requests correct. Definitely my favorite McDonald?s because they are quick too. Read more
