The door was locked @ a little after 8 am Thursday the 29th. An older gentleman got up and opened it for me, thank you sir. I... informed them politely that the door was locked. The manager, didn't catch her name, went and unlocked it. As she walked by me Iheard her say to another employee "maybe he should go to the other McDonald's so he can get in and out easier". Really? Only giving two stars because the kid working the drive-thru taking money was nice. The drive-thru employee that hands out the... food had me pull ahead when there was nobody else in the drive-thru probably to beat the clock which was understandable becausethat's how drive-throughs are ran nowadays. I pulled forward and parked in the drive-thru parking space. And when she came outto hand me the food, she reprimanded me for pulling too far ahead. Instead, I should only pull justin for the drive-thru window. I have a lot of sympathy for the way. Fast food is ran but it's ridiculous to have someone pull ahead and then be rude to himbecause they pulled into a parking spot. Read more
My fish sandwich was not edible hard as a rock!!! I watched the workers eat ice cream while filling order. Did I mention I over... paid for a totally unedible sandwich...I could have broke a window with it. I don't know why I think its going to be differentat any mcdonalds...their service and sanitary practices are disgusting!! I'm done!! Read more
They gave me a small-medium quantity of old fries in a large container and, while I asked for ketchup at the window, i had... assumed they would have already included the 3 ranches I asked for my 20 piece chicken nugget and paid for... this is gonna bean uncomfortable lunch all together. Very unfortunate. Nice people. Poor quality everything. No McDonald?s standards upheld. Noquality food prepared. Didn?t even put poor quality food in correct quantity for paid sized container... and then to top it off,didn?t give me the ranch I paid for. All around bummer. Read more
