I went through drive-thru on Lansing avenue Jackson Michigan 49201 11/13/22 at 7:21am I ended up cancelling my order of $15.21... because they didn't have some of my stuff I needed. Yet I was charged $15.21 when I found out on my statement I called severaltimes nothing , drove there at least 6 times nothing they took my name and number nothing called corporate office nothing. This mcdonald?s is TRASH. Avoid going here if you can. I?ve been here frequently and they usually have minor eff-ups like... forgetting toppings on sandwiches, no big deal. Went here tonight and they were very rude. Ordered a medium fry and the frieswere stale, borderline burnt, and not even warm. Went back in the store to exchange them. Took 10 minutes for someone to noticeme, assuming it was the manager. She said it would be 3 minutes for me to get my fries. She is texting on her phone for a coupleminutes, then disappears. I did not get any fries for 30 minutes after our interaction, while other workers looked at me andmade zero attempt to resolve the problem. By that time, they were not fresh anymore and lukewarm. Consistently disappointed with this McDonalds in particular. In the future we will drive out of our way to avoid it and go to... another location. Their milk shake machine never seems to be working (we've done multiple attempts on different days andtimes), and the last time the worker only said "We don't have milkshakes." This morning my wife ordered breakfast only to betold they don't have orange juice. They forgot to give her breakfast sandwich in the bag. The hash browns were incrediblygreasy and undercooked that we couldn't eat them. The sausage McGriddle was terrible as well. Read more

Personally the drive through is the best way to get food here. Quick and kind service! And foods just okay cause it's... McDonald's. Night pull up is okay just rather not near a white van. Read more

Would give a zero if I could. My last 3 orders were missing items. The 3rd time I called to complain . Talked to a manager. He... was real nice about it and took my name for the 2 chicken sandwiches that only had 1 pickle on them and nothing else. Also thedouble deluxe that had mayo on the top bun and was put in upside down. Of course my name wasn't no where to be found when I wentto get my replacement. Screwed again. Thanks. Read more

Rarely ever get the exact thing I ordered. Simple things like a sign saying that a lane is closed in the drive thru would help... rather than just excepting drive offs... (Btw.BTW.. Check to make sure you got your sauce you asked for... somehow hot mustardmeans I'll just grab something) Read more

Worse manager in country on afternoon today gets attitude with another upset customer in front of me in lobby for serving her... Cold Food and then cusses the customer out and totally refused to wait on me and the customer behind me and the manager alsooffended two customers that had to leave lobby because of manager. Good luck to any customers that enter lobby to order becauseone day that manager will come over counter and attack you and you can forget about getting waited on!!! Read more

When I walked up I over heard an employee being yelled at about how long it took to get their food and that should have been the... first clue. When I walked in I went to the kiosk and started ordering my food. I order everything special order and use myapp to get deals. After spending a good 10 minutes ordering it would not let me use my deals saying they were expired so Ifinished my order but the cashless feature was out of order so I selected pay at counter and waited for the receipt but itdidn't print. When I went to the counter he said he needed the number off the receipt and I didn't have it so he was like wewill have to ring it all up again. This was a large complicated order that I went through all the menus to create and was notabout to spend another 10 minutes to figure it out with him. This is the 4th time I tried using a deal through their kiosk and2nd time their cashless was out. I will not be returning to this location, I will drive 10 minutes down the road to the one onairport where it always works. Read more
