I want to acknowledge an individual named Mike. I took my family tonight for dinner and I noticed from the very beginning of... being seated a certain waiter. As I watched this waiter run back and forth serving his customers I noticed how hard working hewas. The waiter did not miss a beat for servicing his customers, this waiter was not our waiter but other customers. Don?t getme wrong our wait staff was good but we had some challenges with our food and our staff (not a big deal). I asked the waiter tocome over so I can Knowledge his work ethics. It?s hard to find good staff little alone great staff. Mike your great staff, weoften as owners or bosses DO NOT Acknowledge good work ethics, it?s easier to find fault then it is to say GREAT JOB! OUTBACKmanagement you need to honor your staff, it?s hard to come by! It?s because of Mike that I will be returning to your location. Ialso expressed my thoughts to the on duty management. We arrived during the dinner rush but based on our service, you couldn't tell. Our waitress Jennifer S. was phenomenal. She was... very attentive and always checking on us. The food was great. We brought in our kiddo and she was so playful with him, it's justso hard to find a restaurant that is so kid friendly. She even brought him extra crayons. The Blooming Onion is always a must! They do appear a little smaller than normal though, but it's a sign of the times. The place... was pretty empty and we got our appetizer ordered into our seats in no time. The entry came out timely and everybody leftsatisfied. The wait staff was very accommodating offering us additional bread and sauces as needed. They even have a $7 drinkspecial going on all the time now. Read more
Outback can be a little hard to get to right now because of road construction on the I-94 interchange, but if you are looking... for a good Outback meal, don't let that keep you away. Just not the place it used to be, even before the pandemic. Terrible food! Terrible service! Plus, it was absolutely frigid... inside. The picture on top is from the menu. The one on the bottom is what was served. It's their bloomin' onion fried chicken.Batter was burned. Chicken was jerky. And just a little dribble of the sauce. My husband and I went for our anniversary and we were blown away at the incredible service we were given. Ashley went out of her... way to make our night out perfect. She answered all of my questions, was attentive and quick without making us feel rushed.Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant.
