I ordered our food online at 4:06 and the screen said our food should be ready at about 4:20 so we went in to pick it up and... waited 5 minutes before someone even asked us what the name on our order was and when given the name they just turned around andwalked off and then we waited another 20 minutes before finally being told they were working on cooking one of the items weordered. Finally after another 5 minutes, a total of about 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready to pick up, theyfinally brought it out to us. Read more

Great food, service is good. Beef and broccoli always seems to be mostly broccoli. Honey walnut shrimp is awesome.

Turn off your mobile orders if you are overwhelmed with online orders! You should not be prioritizing online orders over people... standing in the lobby. There's literally been 15 people standing in line consistently over the last 30 minutes. We had 2 peoplein front of us and they had a huge stack of mobile orders that staff was busy filling out instead of helping the people standingat the counter. It's not the kids fault it's their manager. She's no where to be seen. Usually you have teams of people likeyou're on drive thru, you're on mobile order, you're on lobby and the manager floats between the teams to make sure everyonerunning smoothly but to no avail she nowhere to be found for the now hour that we've been in here. Quick and helpful service. I went through the drive thru the other day and they advised me their card machine was down and could... only accept cash or Venmo. The cashier helped show me how to use Venmo to pay them and my order was done very quickly andcorrect. Thank you! Read more

Panda Express is experiencing a supply shortage so it?s entirely possible that they won?t have what you want to order which is... what happened to me, but when a customer settles for something else (broccoli beef) and this is what you get?.broccoli with asprinkle of beef.
