The people working tonight, were rushing us. Yes, I do realize we pulled up 15 minutes before close, but we were nothing but... kind until we felt disrespected. Drinks were very poorly made, taste good but you can totally tell they were made quickly, theydidn?t fill the cup up like usually. Keep in mind that i used to come here often and the service was great every time. Never hada problem with service until now. Took too much time making drinks but comes out looking poor. We pulled up and ordered 2 ventifrappes and then the person sighs and goes ?Is that all?? twice after I said I wanted 2. Then I say ?No that?s all, thank you.?And then they go ?Alright.? Absolutely no communication on my total or if I will get my total at the window. So we wait for thetotal or atleast something and then they say ?You can go ahead.? Obviously I was a little annoyed with that. No communicationand very much attitude. I do realize people have bad days, but where was the communication? Read more
They are awesome. They only messed up on my order once but I got an accent when I talk but they were so helpful and now they... know exactly what and how I like my order. And the app is great to have. The whole crew day and night shift are awesome. HiKayla Read more

Great service. I ordered via their app and was there shortly before it's expected preparation time. 5 minutes after the drink... was due, I checked with the barista who said they were having system issues and didn't have my drink order. She started to makemy drink and when it was delivered, she gave me a free drink on my next visit for my inconvenience. They went over and above mylevel of expectation. Read more
I used to enjoy this place. It seems like all they care about is how to save a buck and charge the most. Lately the drinks have... been extremely watered down. I would like to point out this isn't just a one off experience. It has been happening quite oftento the point where I have stopped going. Read more
For it being as busy as it was we got our drinks within 5-7 minutes which was really nice. There was alot of people in the drive... thru so we went inside and didn't have to wait in a line and were able to watch them make drinks which is also so cool to watch. Read more
Nice atmosphere! Can get pretty busy but The staff is always friendly and works at a fast pace. If theres something wrong with... your order they fix it happily! (And not being rude while they do it) Starbucks coffee is pretty much the same from store tostore but this is a nice place to sit down while enjoying some coffee. They also just did a remodel and it looks really good andit is a much better layout. Read more
The staff here was very kind and welcoming, I had previously gone through the drive thru and my order had been made incorrectly... so I called and Courtney the shift/manager on duty had been very understanding and told me to let them know I had spoken toCourtney and they could get that remade. When I went in Jace was at the register and he rung up my drink perfectly and was verykind the whole interaction. The barista who made my drink (I believe their name was Jani or something along those lines) wasalso very kind and informed me that they did their best to make my drink right. Overall this staff was very kind dispite theholiday season making them incredibly busy. I am so appreciative of this experience and it definitely made their store feel likea third home. Read more
