My sister and I ordered food today online and it was a different yet, worth-while experience. I went in expecting to immediately... get my food and leave but I enter to find a guy struggling to get by the day due to being alone and lack of workers. I talkedwith him and he was such a chill guy. He is putting his everything to keep the store open. Such a great guy. 10/10 experiencedefintely worth the wait for my food. Got there right at closing for my friends sick Significant other. The worker threw no fit said it was no problem and allowed us... to be served. She was helpful polite and understanding! Best service I seen in A decade. Hope she gets promotion/Raise! Worldclass Humanity... Long overdue. Read more
Went to this Subway today on our lunch break. Girl came out and told us we had to wait to order because she needed to put cheese... on the sub buns before she baked them. She was taking her sweet time and after about 5 minutes of waiting, I asked her if shecould take our orders because we were on our lunch break. She said no she couldn't because she had 3 more trays of bread to putcheese on. We told her we eere leaving and she said "good" have a nice day. What utter disrespect for your customers, or shouldI say, non customers. I really hope that they are trained to treat customers like that. Read more
Every time I have gone in , the employees are very friendly. Zach ( I think was the name) went above and beyond! Another Subway... employee once ran over while on his break and helped me fill my bike tires with air. The employees here are more friendly thanmost fast food restaurants. It is always clean with fresh food at this location. Read more
I only left 2 stars only because every single time I go into the establishment the wait is way too long. Subway usually has one... employee working with a line of customers waiting. Rhonda saves the day!!! I was pleasantly surprised to bump into my favorite clerk Rhonda from the west ave admiral filling in @... subway. She came from the gas station right into work at the subway when an employee called in so they didn?t have to shut downmy favorite subway. Rhonda is an amazing team player and makes a great sandwich too. We need more Rhonda?s in the workforce! Thanks for making my day Rhonda! Read more
