Basic instructions on my mobile order to not toast the meat on my wrap weren't followed, and the meat was only partially heated... anyways so it was cold in some spots and hot in others. It also wasnt cut like it should have been by default, and the wrappingwas poorly done. The wait time varies so harshly that i once had to wait 45 minutes just to get my sandwich through the line.

The employees are always very rude especially one in particular. I don?t know her name but she has blonde hair and glasses. She... always makes it seem like my business is an inconvenience to her and she is very snotty. Today I watched her scream at a groupof boys one spilled a little bit of their drink. She refused to give them napkins to clean it up because she said ?they cost toomuch?. It was very rude. Subs are always made slow, too. At least the food tastes good... Read more
