My group of 4 spent 1 hr 15 minutes in this restaurant, and received waters and 2 spring rolls. We waited over 10 minutes to be... seated, another 15 minutes before we flagged someone down to take our drink orders. Then, after over 45 minutes longer, afteragain having to flag someone down to inquire where our food was, we left. Only after we had stood up to exit did a woman comeover, in an attempt to force us to sit back down. She did not ask what the issue was. She just insisted our dinner "was comingright now". We took one additional minute to look through the partition, to see if there was any food sitting, waiting to beserved. There was not. If there had been any attempt to acknowledge that they had failed to produce our order, we might havedecided to wait. But, this woman was clearly more upset about the lost revenue, instead of why the sale was being lost. Ibelieve that we are all human, and will make mistakes. It's what you do after the mistake that means something. I personallywill not be back to this restaurant. Read more
Comparing price, quality, portion amount, service, etc. My husband and I rate this place a 3.5. The food quality was really... good minus the fried rice that was lacking. Service was kind and thoughtful. The price point is just not it though. Had theportion been a bit more or the price a tad less, it may have gained another star. Read more
I got the Almond chicken and l have to say it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. We ordered 4 different meals and 4 egg rolls.... Everyone said the same thing, the food had no flavor at all. I have been to 48 states in the USA and this food was by far theworst ever. I would not come back if was a free meal. That's how discusted l am Read more
Food is amazing, staff was lacking on a busy night! They have prices themselves out of my price range! $18.95 for beef and... broccoli and had to pay for an egg roll and egg drop soup separately. So basically $25 dollars for 1 meal. Drank water! Read more
Always amazing, we get the same seat. The same meal every time. By far the nicest and cleanest I have been in and being a... regular there is nice! We ate our evening meal. Had more then enough to have a whole other meal. Our order was taken quickly and the food was hot and... delicious. My husband had the sweet and sour chicken. Nice big chunks of breaded chicken. Breading was very crispy. I had greenonion beef. Tender pieces of beef strips on top onion greens. I waited over half an hour to receive my meal, and they had maybe two other customers at the time. I ended up paying almost 50%... more for a portion size that was almost 50% less than any other competitor restaurant I have been to. The food was lukewarm, anddidn't taste like General Tso's I am used to everywhere. It still tasted good, just wasn't General Tso's. Read more
