The second time they have given me greasy fish. That fish was so old and greasy you could just squeeze the grease out of it. Had... to turn around and go back and they had to redo my order. Read more
The cashier was slow and could not answer any questions regarding type of fish they had. It was empty and he only waited on... one person at a time. When we walked up to the front door it had a lock on it but was open for Take out and drive thru no dinein. Read more

It's really good made to order fresh....I always get a #9 add a bread stick..... employees are great...my only problem is cut... down a bit on the salt as myself and others have high blood pressure!! But overall great job guys ???????????? Read more

It is a shame what once favorite locations have become. No one in the diningvarea at noon should have been a clue. Food took... way too long to come up, drink machine inoperable, tables were all sticky and to be honest, the food had an odd taste. Infact, it came up on both my wife and I all afternoon. For what a fast food should charge, we could have found a sit downrestaurant for less with better service and prices. Read more
Restaurant was very clean but understaffed like most restaurants these days so I had to wait a bit for someone to take my order.... The guy working the front was very busy but he could have at least said I'll be right with you or whatever instead of justleaving me standing there. However another one of the front end workers was kind enough to ring me up while she was about tostart her break. The food was very good typical Captain D's taste no complaints at all. The back end didn't seem to haveproblems with staffing as my order came out very quickly and correctly. Read more
