Ordered one meal to go from this location. I believe they were training someone last night, which wasn't the problem, but just... the sheer amount of things wrong with my order. Wait times were horrible, but they were backed up and training, so I get it.Ordered a chicken sandwich, a salad with blue cheese, and guacamole. The trainee came to the car with my food after almost anhour wait, and told me that they were out of guacamole and baked potato soup. I let her know that I didn't order soup, and askedfor the salsa to replace the guacamole after she didn't offer a solution- I had to prompt her to do so. After inspection ofthe bag, I discovered there was no dressing for the salad. I informed her of this when she returned with both salsa andguacamole, which had somehow been magically produced. She told me that was because they were out, and to have a good night-again offering no solution. I asked for some ranch and she agreed to go get it, but came back with an open container due to thefact that she couldn't close it properly because of her nails- her words, not mine. I tried to close the lid and even put it ina separate bag for stability, but the inevitable happened and when I got back to my hotel, the ranch had spilled from thecontainer, broken through the bag, and gotten everywhere- so no dressing for my salad. I tried to just eat it anyway, but therewas brown lettuce throughout. The guacamole was underseasoned, so I didn't enjoy that. I also received loaded mashed potatoesthat I didn't order. I won't be back as I threw away the majority of the food. One star is for the young lady attempting toapologize for the situation, which she blamed on short staffing, and her acknowledging that I had a horrible experience withoutme saying so. Read more

I swore this location off years ago and would travel to the Madison location. I recently came here and was really impressed. We... were seated immediately (big change), the staff was friendly (drastic change), and the waiter took care of us, by checking on usfrequently (I almost fell over dead with this action). I sure hope this wasn?t a fluke - it didn?t feel like it. I am giving 3stars for now and will try this place again soon to update. Read more
I've eaten here plenty of times and its below your basic Chili's experience. This location is very high trafficked but thats not... the issue. Horrible food cold and alcohol beverages were not made good. Asked to speak with the head manager only to get a team leader. It... was NO empathy in my concern at ALL only a dry I'm sorry. When it should've been ma'am I apologize I have them remake it for youif that's okay. Nothing said they couldn't remake my drinks so they just set there like he brought them after I taste it. Evenwhen I was leaving as I told them they would no sauce on my wings burgers were dry my southwestern egg rolls as if it has beensitting just as long or longer as my texas fries and buffalo wings. I've never heard you NOT being able to make your customershappy. Then not to mention they shut down the whole left side at 8pm and told us we had a 30min wait that turned into a hourplus. When working with the public I know it can be stressful everyone can't work under pressure and everyone can't work withthe public. I know because I've been doing it for 30years and what they serve tonight I wouldn't have even let it come out theback because I'm not going to give nobody nothing I wouldn't eat.
