Went there 20 minutes before closing on a Thursday night, and they were out of a lot of food, and because of the municipal water... problem, they didn't have a lot of drinks either. Fortunately, they have good workers like juwan who comped our drinks and madethe best of a less than ideal situation. Food was mostly delicious--we ordered grilled chicken and fried catfish entrees. Cracker Barrel needs to upgrade their biscuit and cornbread recipes, IMHO. Decor was typical Cracker Barrel chic. Overall, westill love Cracker Barrel wherever we travel. Read more
I usually enjoy Cracker Barrel, but this one was not a pleasant experience. Restuarant only had 1 cook and the manager... preparing the food. This made for a long wait to be seated. Food was actually pretty good considering. Service however wasatrocious. The server made us feel like we were a bother to her just by being there and was not friendly at all. Getting simplethings like eating utensils seemed to be an imposition and after thought. It's not a place we'll be visiting any time soon. Read more

The food was absolutely delicious especially after a day of showing my new fiancé how much I appreciate her!!!! The server was... BEYOND great!!!!!!! We had a great time spending our evening here. Please excuse my mask as we are in Covid times ???? Also, thenapkins aren't dirty. I had just indulged on a nice, hot, & buttery biscuit before my meal came out! I love Cracker Barrel but this one may well be the worst I've been in. We had FOUR different waitressess and then they had a... little pushing thing going on about who would bring the to go box because they all wanted to stay around the corner talking toeach other. The dinner of the day wasn't ready, we were told we'd have to wait 30 minutes for that! The portion sizes havereally shrunk since last time I went in one of these restaurants but not the prices. We had several other things wrong withorder. It's one of those moments you think I'm not sending it back to be fixed, they'll probably just spit on it or something!They don't even have ketchup bottles anymore! Read more
I understand it was thanksgiving and it?s busy, but it took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks and our order in. Then it took... an hour just to get our food. The waitress would never refill our drinks and we sat for 15 minutes with no silverware. I don?tknow the name of our other server but I will say that Treasure needs a raise, a promotion or something. If it wasn?t for her weprobably would still be waiting on refills and forks. Read more
