I wish that I could go under 1 star tbh. I just had THE WORST customer service in the world. I called to check on the order... because I thought that your delivery personnel was lost. I called to the store just to get yelled at by some irate woman. I wasso confused as to why she was upset because I was very nice to her. I want all of my money back and don?t ever worry about mecoming to THAT store again. I gave it one star just because I have to in order to put a review If not I would give a -5 star. I placed an order on line on... Sunday 5/15 8:38 pm with total of $63 to be delivered . It was 10 pm still wasn't closing time and still my pizza wasn'tdelivered, I decided to go to the restaurant and all the lights were off it looked like if it was closed, I knocked , honked onthe drive-thru window and no answer. Always satisfied with Domino's 4555 Office Park store. My food preparer does a wonderful job. Pizza be looking like a... commercial pizza. If you know what that mean. But if your thinking about pizza give this store a try. I promise excellentservice. Pizza is amazing as always. The driver was polite, I left a $2 tip when I ordered online. But it didn't go through. Maybe that's... why the wings were beyond burnt with almost no barbecue sauce on them. I will order pizza from this location again but neverwings. Read more
I ordered at 5:15pm, it is 6:15pm and I am still waiting at the store to get my order. I pulled up when the app told me my order... would be ready and the lady told me my order was not even the oven yet. There?s a long line and no one seems to be getting therefood.
