I would like to rate it 5 five stars but however , after almost 20 something years they have always delivered to my house .... Which I?m only 8 mins away. Out of now where they stop delivering to my st, which you guys do come on to my st but stop at acertain point. I don?t think it?s right when I have always tipped $5-$15 faithfully. I have asked several time why they stoppeddelivering at my address, remind you guys do come on to my street but only to a certain point. Which doesn?t make sense to me.However the staff is great, pizza is good as well. Just wish you guys can deliver to my address again. Read more
This is usually my go-to pizza place but they were terrible. I was told twice that it would be 10 more minutes, the third time I... went in it was discovered that they hadn't even started my order. Fortunately, one of the drivers was willing to help me but themanager on duty never even acknowledged me. No offer of discount or anything, just give us 15 more minutes. Ridiculous!! Read more
This was a surprising disappointment. We have ordered from this domino?s several times and it has been our favorite! Tonight,... however, was a really bad experience. We ordered online for delivery?. We waited. Waited? we called after 45 minutes and theyoung lady was very sweet, apologetic. Thirty minutes later we did get our order after my son went out to flag the driver. Bythen we were over our hunger. The pizza was barely warm:( hardly any chicken on the Chicken Bacon Ranch.. so disappointed. Atleast the cheesy bread was ok. I never complain and I truly understand the pressures the industry is facing. Still.. an hourafter our order was checked for quality control we received a lukewarm pizza:( Read more

What a joke. Placed an online order and when I arrived they ran my card then informed me they forgot my wings and it would be... another ten minutes. No biggie. Just refund me the wings. They informed me they can't issue a partial refund. So they had torefund me whole order. And throw those pizzas away. No apologies. Just poor service. Read more
always hot and delivered very promptly! We?ve only encountered one issue during the last 2 years of ordering, but I also took it... with a grain of salt due to the pandemic and how times are much tougher on people, so I tried to be understanding and just letthe issue go. We all have not so great days, and everyone makes mistakes, especially when you?re under lots of stress. I haven?tordered that same item again, and I don?t think I will just because I don?t want to encounter any issues. I order pizza anddessert and drinks and there?s not ever any more issues! I order online, so I only get to interact with the delivery drivers,and they?re ALWAYS very kind, friendly and professional! I think whatever happened when we had an issue was simply just a caseof someone having a rough day/time. For all I knew, she was on the schedule with no time off, all day, all alone. Or perhapssomeone close to her wasn?t doing well. I?ll never know for sure, but what I do know is there?s been no issues since :) Were allhuman, nobody?s perfect! So disgusted with Domino's!!! I ordered pizza and was starving, I started eating in the car before i got home, put the pizza in... the fridge and when I finally looked at the pizza there was a fly that had been baked into my pizza just laying there burnt to acrisp! I could have even that pizza!!! It was the next slice to be eaten just so happened I looked at the darn thing. I calledthe store back and she was nice and asked did I want them to remake it??? Ughhh no I will never eat at your store again.. Imvery very disappointed. She then told me I can come to the store to get a refund and when I get there, the lady I talked to wasnot there, but the manager that was in the store was very rude and could care less. This place is the worst. I did an online order, I picked up at the window. I noticed the employee gave me my pizza very... carefully. The box wasn't hot. After I laid it on the seat I heard it move around. I opened the box and it looked like it hadbeen peiced together off of old orders. It was cold and hard and looked as if it some of it had been eaten. I called back theemployee knew exactly who I was and offered a new pizza. That tells me it wasn't a mistake, it was intentional. Went back to get it and it had no sauce on it. If I could rate Castlewood Domino in Flowood MS a -10 I would. Worst experience ever. Read more
