I ordered a Chicken and Pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs, a Ham and Cheese omelette and a Chicken Big Brunch sandwich with... Onion rings.....they forgot my eggs but charged me over $3 for them....my sandwich I asked for chicken, hash browns, bacon,cheese and a fried egg.... Well I got chicken lettuce, tomato, pickle bacon fried egg....they charged me for the cheese and hashbrowns but didn't put them on my sandwich.... they gave a little bag with one syrup for 5 pancakes no butter one fork and knifepack I got there at 10:00am and didn't get my order until 10:44am....The guess greeter was AWESOME ????????I'm sorry I forgother name I gave her a $13.00 tip even though my order was wrong!! My boys ate their food... my sandwich is still in the fridgeit's not how I wanted it....hey but someone will eat it???? I think they should replace my sandwich I paid over $15 with add ons...It's the right thing to do!!!???? Read more
Sat here for 45mins only to find out they had not started cooking our food until another waiter asked us how long has it been... since we ordered. Our original waiter was not only waiting on tables but cleaning and sweeping. When we asked her to check onour food, she kept saying it was still cooking. As we walked out, all of the employees were gathered talking and no one offeredto right their wrong. Very poor service Read more
Waited and waited for our drinks, and refills. Husband and I ( two of a party of 5) went outside twice to smoke while waiting... on our food. The waitress took our glasses for refills by sticking her fingers down in the glasses. I had to request freshglasses when she just refilled our old glasses and brought them to the table. This seemed to give her an attitude, but Idon't know where her hands have been. When she brought our food, we had to request butter for our pancakes. When she FINALLYreturned with the butter, it was frozen. We commented that it was frozen and our pancakes were cold now. She stated " wellyea the butter comes from the freezer ". She did microwave some butter and bring it to the table after everyone was through. Iwould be understanding if the place was busy. There was only two other tables. Food was hot and fresh, made to order. Staff were friendly and courteous. The A/C in this location was not working very well... which made the dining room uncomfortably warm. If I had been dining in, I would not have stayed because of the failing A/C. Nota good part of town as there were sketchy people roaming the parking lot. The food was excellent though. Read more
TRUST ME, If I can give -5 stars, I would do it twice... Not only did WE deal with Very bad service, but, after an entire hour... had passed after making our orders, was it acknowledged that my family and I were waiting and our orders were intentionallybeing ignored.. Had a great waiter (#189)(Jay) that was clearly embarrassed by the lack of attention, hospitality and overallcustomer service from the management (Ms. April) and the cook (Nokman) With a $137.00 ticket that was clearly over priced for anumber of reason 1 Forced gratuity 2 There was NO ICE and some drinks are better/supposed to be chilled.. (Plus we only knew itwas no ice after getting the warm drinks) 3 Took over an hour and the orders were still completely wrong 4 We had the pleasureof watching customers whom had come in and made their orders 30 minutes after we placed our orders, enjoy themselves and theluke warm drinks.. Very upsetting, and an experience were I actually expected a full refund for a number of reasons... The breakfast was good and wonderful service. The Grand Slam came out good. The bacon wasn't greasy. The eggs,pancakes, hash... brown,and ham was real good.. Only problem I noticed was the ac was out and the employees are burning up in there. The servicefrom the employees was wonderful even though it's extremely hot on the job for them. They got my order wrong a few times but the food was good. Plus I got a complementary milkshake for the wait. Food is good but... it's kind of a recurring theme for IHOP to get orders wrong. I'd recommend Denny's if anything since the food probably tastesbetter and I've yet to have issues with my order there. There's also a long wait time here at IHOP so if you're in a rush it'sdefinitely not the place to go for a quick breakfast. The tables were also sticky and one of the cups the milk was served in wasnot cleaned properly in the last IHOP I went to. Food quality here at IHOP is overall ok but I'd recommend just going somewhereelse maybe. I guess IHOP is not really what it used to be. Read more
It's cold inside and out. Service is horrible. Watching people walk out left and right. As slow as it is service should be top... 10 but it's 4 tables with a hour to wait on food. I mean when I worked here never took this long on any given day. Y'all needbetter staff but already know y'all good they way it is cause in 4 years nothing changed but people's names.
