This place is horrible. Got iced caramel coffee and they brought us coffee with no sugar and added caramel. No whip cream and... then when I walked in to return both managers sat there until I had to turn and make a look for service as a store full ofpeople would not help me. I hate it here so much I normally drive to county line or hanging moss. I mean I know y'all don't carecause service hasn't changed here in 10 years. No lie moved here in 04 it was the best by 2013 it was over. On top of it alltold the manager dude what I had and he would not give me my correct change. Please do something. Walked over from CarMax since it was super close! The cashier told me to use the Kiosk. It was My first time using the kiosk and... I enjoyed the ability to take my precious time! They weren?t too slow and I got my food hot! No complaints here ????????. Read more
I ordered 2 double cheeseburger fries and a Diet Coke the only thing they had to drink was sprite i said just give me the... burgers. Was forced to try and order via kiosk. When asking for help and commenting how it was so much easier to order with a person,... VERY rude manager tells me that soon McDonalds will be all robotic and I need to get with the times. Read more
The service here was awful. As in, waited 10 minutes to have someone take our order even though we were the only people inside... the restaurant. The employees were busy complaining about who put something on hold in the kitchen as the filled orders for thedrive thru. After our order was finally taken, they made part of the order very quickly. I then had to ask fornthe other partthat they forgot to make. Don't go here if you can go elsewhere. Read more
