Well I went to pick up a DoorDash order and my mama had ask for a cup of ice and he gave her some from out the one that didn?t... come from the ice machine and the manager called us out our name and gone try to tell us to get out because of the fact youremployees is in the wrong I will not be shopping with them anymore or spend any more money then called us ignorant because ofthe fact his employees was in the wrong and that?s very rude if he was at Chick-fil-A he would have gotten fired and they alsodidn?t speak once we entered one guy waited until we passed him when we first came in and then asked us what we was getting allof them was rude to be honest they will never have to worry about me shopping there or picking up a DoorDash order anymore andwhy would you let your employees give a customer some contaminated ice and the manager was on his phone and seeing him doingthat at the same time looking at him giving my mom that ice Read more
Ordered curbside and showed up at the exact time the email said the order would be ready. I called the store several times and... got no answer. Watched as people entered the store and ordered and left and I was still not getting an answer. Couldn?t go inbecause I had a sleeping baby in the car. I hadn't been to a Moe's in many years. The last time I ate at Moe's was in Moss Point, MS in 2014 or so. It was a great... experience then and this last time when I went to the one in Jackson, MS it was absolutely fantastic, I can say without a doubtthey keep the quality in the food they serve. Food was tasty but they seemed a bit stingy with all of the ingredients. I got a steak homewrecker with maybe 6 pieces of steak... at the most. The additional toppings didn't seem so fresh. The lettuce was very wilted. I dont like the wag everything isfringed on the burrito. I guess it's done that way to use less ingredients but just not that appetizing. The restaurant seemedshort staffed. The were lots of dirty tables and just lots of areas that needed wiped down. I feel like this place has thepotential to be really good. Read more
