I ordered two bowls of the Zuppa Tuscana to go last night. This is my usual order and I have prepared a mock version myself. The... soup has NEVER looked like this before, hot or cold. Overall good. I was greeted at the door by Evon, who mosied over while texting, not at all concerned that a guest was waiting to... be seated. I wasn’t even sure if she actually worked there, based on her demeanor. But once I got to the table, that allchanged. My server, Diamond, was attentive, friendly, helpful- she knows how to earn a tip. The food was, as I’ve grown toexpect from Olive Garden- a decent ‘pre-packaged’ Italian style meal. I mean, let’s face it- it’s not real Italian, butit is good. I was disappointed that they took chicken piccata off the menu! That was my favorite go-to when I’m not in themood for something tomato-based. They were also out of Starborough Sauvignon Blanc, but I can’t hold that against them,because there are supply shortages currently. It was great went there for veterans day. Everything was clean and the waiters did a wonderful job being attentively with the... drinks and food. I was a little disappointed the ravioli didn't have any meat inside of it. If I would have know that I wouldhave gotten a different dish. Other then that it was a great time. Read more
When we entered the restaurant we were met by a man who holered about us needing a mask on. He could have been way nicer and I... kid you not he was loud. I came here with a group of people from my job on a field trip. This was my very 1st time coming here to eat. I was suprised at... how good it was. The staff was nice & friendly and they took care of everything. I had the chicken parmesan. The food was HOT &delicious & it didn't take long. I will definitely come back!! Everything was good especially the salad & bread sticks. I wantedextra cheese on EVERYTHING. I love how they come out & use the little cheese shredder to accommodate your request too. Read more
Food was warmer than the server, and the plate was hotter than the food. We asked for silverware and we’re given plastic... utensils. The extra plate we asked for had dried food stuck to it. The entry staff looked like they hated their job, and nofriendly greeting. The waiter also didn’t seem to care about his job. It took forever to get a salad/breadsticks, let alonethe food. Meal was lukewarm but the plate was very hot. Chicken was waaay overcooked and stringy. Worst Olive Garden I’ve everbeen to. Next time I want to waste money for terrible service and food, I’ll come here. Olive Garden, can I have my $39 back? Read more
