Customer service was excellent. The young lady I talk to was very helpful. My only problem was the amount of food for the... price I paid. I paid $40 for a family pack for 4 IF I HAD KNOWN IT CAME WITH 4 PIECES OF FISH AND TWO INDIVIDUAL SIDES I WOULDNOT HAVE WASTED MY MONEY. My team had a buisness meeting held here 8/17/22, and the whole experience was wonderful. We had our own section, tv access and... lunch brought too us. The waitress (I wish I could remember her name, red shirt) was wonderful! Handled the whole floor ofcustomers with ease and catered to our meeting hand and foot. Truly the definition of great customer service. The food was goodof course but that waitress needs a raise! Read more

Visiting here for family business and used to come to Piccadilly every year growing up on our family trips here. This is not the... same location but the southern hospitality is still the same. There was an issue about the fish being cold (and looked overcooked) and some sides were salty. The tables could have been cleaned better but the waitress was doing her best alone on top oftaking care of other patrons. Overall, I still got the pleasure and enjoyment of returning to Piccadilly. Our school Treasure Chest Learning Academy comes here every year to order dressing and carrot souffle for our Thanksgiving... Feast. This time our experience was different, but better. This year Piccadilly had group serving sizes frozen in a deep freezerfor quick grabs. I was so glad because now I didn't have to return to pick up the order after placing it. The students loved themeal also! Read more
I came in today Sunday September 25th 2022 and about 5:00 p.m. to pick up a doordash I witnessed several employees with gloves... on cross-contaminating and then touching people food I hope nobody gets sick but rest assured seeing that I doubt that I willever eat here Read more
