I'd give zero stars if possible. We've sat here almost an hour. Placed an order over the app. My mom went inside to ask about it... as no one would answer the phone. In fact, someone answered and IMMEDIATELY hung up. Couldn't leave a voice message because thevoice mail box was full. Neither managers here were willing to address the issue and had a crew worker talk to her. They wererude and shouldn't have said they would be open today if they clearly were not prepared to be open today. Read more
Very slow,not organized at all. They don't have online pick up areas. Online pick ups have to go through the drive thru.... Delivery drivers like Doordash and Uber Eats wait in line for very long time. It stops the driver's to make money deliveringfood. They need to learn from Chick-fil-A. Read more
Hard review to do, lady at the speaker in the druve thru was insanely rude. The guy at the window was super nice. We had to pull... to the side for "10 minutes" and it ended up being close to 40 minutes. My food was somebody else's order that was kindasimilar. I went in and they were super nice and trying to fix it, they let me keep the wrong food, gave me the right food withextra sides for the inconvenience. Super annoying but I had time to waste and they were super busy as well. Food was all hot andgood. Sometimes I go to Popeyes and the chicken sandwich burnt or something and this run was all good. The wait was absolutely repulsive. We decided on mobile order since the line was not moving, and that took even longer. Save... your time and money and find a different Popeyes. The employees were nice though. The manager was lost and the overallexperience didn?t meet Popeyes standard! Read more
Though the place was busy due to the high demand for the chicken sandwich, it was still disappointing to have to wait almost 45... minutes for my order of 10 pcs of chicken when I was told it would be about 18 minutes. I also ordered a chicken sandwich aswell and because of the high demand, the quality of the sandwich was affected as well. I didn't have pickles in my sandwich andthere was only a small amount of spicy mayo. The chicken itself was great and the buns were toasted well and tasted great.
