They have schedule problems. They are closed when they?re supposed to be open and this is not the first time.
This is the best Starbucks to ever go to ! The one on county line in ridgeland is way closer to my house but I always drive a... little extra to the north side location because they are 10 times better than county line Starbucks ! This is by far the BEST Starbucks in the Jackson/metro area. I always order a cream cheese Danish warmed and this is the ONLY... location that it comes out hot EVERY TIME!! The servers are ALWAYS friendly even at 7am! Read more
I gave 2 stars only because of the drinks. The service is horrible. No one acknowledges you upon entering and also if you can?t... wait between 15-30 minutes for your order you might as well leave. There?s no sense of urgency to get orders out and nofriendliness. Now granted we?re all dealing with life the best we can; but no one seems to care about the job they get to doanymore. Read more
Quaint little Starbucks tucked into a cute little Shopping Plaza. They were quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable Baristas,... and were pushing out drinks alot faster than some of the other local chains. Read more
The slowest service I've ever received at a Starbucks. Not to mention this location closes random days and times. Even when I... order ahead I wait for at least 15 minutes after the order is suppose to be done. There were people who ordered after I walkedin getting their drinks. Read more
Nasty dirty disgusting display case full of bugs and moldy food. I asked them why didnt they clean it or at least let the flies... out of there. The "supervisor" said they dont serve the food in there. I'm fully aware of that but seeing as though I had tohear 3 personal conversations take place while waiting on my beverages I assumed they may have had time to actually cleansomething. There were crumbs everywhere napkins all over the place and I have to stand and look at moldy food and flies whilewaiting on something for someone else.....because you could not pay me to eat or drink anything in there. And I was highly upsetthat my parents wanted anything from here as well. Because its disgusting in there and none of the workers have a sense of prideor ethics because if they did it would reflect in their work. So I hope who ever the actual manager is gets this under controlbecause we won't be back in this nasty store period!
