I have been a Starbucks shift supervisor for 3 years and worked in multiple stores in Little Rock Arkansas. On a trip to gulf... shores, I mobile ordered here for a shaken espresso with salted caramel foam and a strawberry açaí refresher with peach. Atthe speaker box a man told me they were out of salted caramel foam that I ordered through the app. So I asked for whip creaminstead (whip cream is a no-additional-cost modifier) I got my refresher and it clearly hadn?t been shaken so I tasted it to seeif it had the peach juice I ordered and it didn?t. It was also missing the strawberry inclusions. And my shaken espresso that Iorder almost on a daily basis back home was extremely sweet! I like sweet coffee but it tastes like they doubled the amount ofsyrup. I asked the man if my refresher had been shaken and if it had peach and he said no. I wasn?t offered a refund or recoveryof any kind for the modifiers they were out of. The only saving grace for my experience here was that the man at the window washonest when I asked if they had shaken my drink, and offered to remake it. Read more

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. The baristas are great and act like you're an old friend. If KD is there ask for the... KD special. She is hands down the best barista there is. Always made my day better when she made my drinks. That girl deserves araise. I have never had a bad drink there. Too bad I'm no longer in MS. No other Starbucks can compare. -Joshua Read more

Its like I'm drinking sugar water. This is the second time I've visited this location and in hopes that my coffee would be right... it still wasn't. I literally taste no coffee, no espresso. There is no consistency to the locations surrounding the area. I justwasted my money and my morning because thus wasn't a good start to my day. The customer service was good just bad coffee. I work at Joann Fabrics next door and come here all the time on my break or after work. The drinks and bakery sweets are always... good, albeit pricey, though the app makes that a bit better. However, the line is almost always long and slow as there isusually only one person working behind the counter. I have also noticed that there are a lot of flies buzzing about around hereand Pizza Hut; something needs to be done about that. Overall, it's a good experience for me. Read more
I will not purchase in this branch anymore. Cashier is rude. I have 2 orders but she only punched in one. And she kept saying ?I... got it stop repeating? in a rude way. Btw my orders were mocha cookie crumble frap and a mocha Frappuccino. The fact is shedidn?t get it. Only punched in the mocha cookie haha smh?acted too smart. Read more
