Let me preface this by saying that I NEVER EVER write reviews. Guys, DO NOT do business with this establishment. I placed an... order via the Subway application and the order arrived missing items, of course. I contacted the store immediately and theowner?s wife proceeded to tell me that it?s not their problem that the order is incomplete. Instead, she said, it?s thedelivery service?s fault for failing to finish putting the order together (even though I ordered from SUBWAY and not thedelivery service)?and then she hang the phone up in my face when I asked her to refund my money. I contacted the deliverycompany who confirmed that it?s absolutely Subway?s fault and that they should refund my money immediately. The deliveryservice, with me on the phone, called the store THREE times and they refused to answer the phone (the store has caller ID). Thedelivery service emailed the store and instructed them to process a refund and they ignored the email. I called the store 3 dayslater to ask for a refund again, but Jay, the owner, said that he couldn?t hear me, lol, and he got off the phone. After givingthis company ample time to remedy the situation, I contacted my credit card company and reported the charge as fraud, so they?rehandling it now. This is the second time that they?ve taken my money and not fulfill the entire order. I don?t think theyunderstand what unjust enrichment is. Also, I?m petty enough to report their actions to our attorney general. You can not takesomeone?s money, fail to fulfill the order, dodge all requests to give the money back, and flat out refuse to refund themoney. Also, the vegetables aren?t fresh, ever. For the record, I would never voluntarily patronize this location but the appautomatically defaults here for delivery orders. Read more

Visited the store at 8:45 pm and I am greeted by the employee checking her watch. I asked what time they closed and was told... 9:30. Ok The male employees after sweeping the lobbying proceeded to sweep sandwich area. I asked him twice not to sweep whileshe was making my sandwich. He continued, the young lady told his that I asked him not to sweep. He continued until he wasfinished. Very rude. Read more

Customer service was great. The tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, etc was not fresh. Everything looked withered.

I never write reviews but there is a first for everything. I have spent money for years at this establishment and I?ve noticed a... few things as of late. First, the night staff has a turnover rate that is out of this world. Never ever go there at night if youare use to going in the day. The food is horrible. Second, the owner refused to remake a sandwich after staff called him to getit approved. I wrote instructions under the ?instructions? tab and none of it was done. Starve instead of going here!
