Completely disorganized, called 15+ times and no one answered then sat in line for 10+ minutes before my order was even taken.... Horrible experience. However, Louis went out of his way to take my order while he was busy cooking while most other employeessat around while I was waiting for my order to even be taken. Really only marked as a five star experience for the older white gentleman that works behind the counter with the ponytail. I... walked in and no one even looked at me or said anything to greet me when I came in, though he was cooking at the time. Andfinally when he realized that no one was going to come ask me how they can help me with my order he came up and stop what he wasdoing to help me place my order to go. I would?ve left if that man had not come up and asked me what I wanted. So this reviewgoes strictly to him! He cooked my food beautifully and gave me wonderful service! Food was burned and not seasoned. That place was out of toppings for a burgers and their drink machine was broken. Whoever's... runs that place needs to fix the coke machine and ice machine. The juice machine needs cleaning. Read more

This is everything a waffle house should be!! We were immediately welcomed as soon as we walked in by at least 4 of the staff,... friendly warm welcome! Wife and I sat at the bar and ordered probably the best cup of coffee we had on our week of vacation. All the food was spot on and perfectly cooked. Crispy bacon, eggs over medium cooked exactly, pecan waffle. We sat and ate andwatched the organized chaos, as they helped so many customers coming for to go and dine in. I was staying across the street in a hotel. Place was recommended. I sat in the restaurant right next to the counter 6 feet away... from the cook and was completely ignored for 25 minutes. I asked two different times how I went about getting some food, he saidthe waitress would look after me he called her over and she continue to pretend I was a piece of lint. The staff almostoutnumbered the patrons, there were four of them! There is no excuse for this kind of disregard. You should be ashamed andembarrassed of how you conduct your ?business?. I love waffle house. So it hurts me to rate this one so badly. But the service here it appalling to put it lightly. It be... quicker and less of a hassle to buy all of the ingredients yourself from separate stores, then go cook it all at your in-lawshouse. Less chance of being mugged in the parking lot too.
