5:35 pm today, 10/13/22. Ordered Jamoca shake, machine out of order. Ordered root beer for drink, THAT machine down. ... Completed order and was told to pull forward and waited. Realized I paid with a charge card and got no receipt. When weFINALLY got our food I asked for my receipt and was told THAT machine was down also!! THAT was the last straw and told the thegentleman who delivered our food how upset and scary not to have my receipt ESPECIALLY with everything that happened. He saidhe just works there. Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait, then a lady with blue hair came out to smoke a cigarette while we waited to... have our order taken. 10 minutes later after our order was still not taken we decided to just leave. Won't be back. Read more
I don't usually speak much on fast food, but this is the best Arby's I've ever been too. It also may be the best fast food... restaurant I've been too. The staff is nice, the service is fast, and everything has always been fresh. Read more
My sister and eat here about twice a week, always has been good food and good food but last night she went and picked 2 Reubens,... 2 reg roast beef, 1 French dip, and a brisket sandwiche. I come here often and it's always great. Only had 1 mistake on an order but got it corrected. I have only experienced one rude... staff member in the drive thru as she told me that I must turn in coupons with payment (said it very rudely), I told her I'm nottrying to hide anything and that the staff should ask for coupons if they really need them since I read a number off of it whenordering and it's never mentioned again ??????????? all they have to do is ask.
