The wait time is getting a bit much. I was forgotten. People in the other lane kept getting served as I just sat there until... FINALLY someone came on the speaker and apologized to me. It's a hard job with the staff shortages, I know this. It is justirritating to be forgotten and car after car is moving. I didn't leave because my toddler grandson would have had a meltdown. I just went through the drive thru ordering a four piece happy meal with fries and milk plus a cheeseburger and medium fries.... Was charged $11.32. Was taking this to sick family members. I recently placed an order on DoorDash via the DoorDash app. The manager, Christian, I believe, answered my call to McDonald?s... in regards to a them to a mistake in my order. He was very kind and so helpful. He explained that they simply followed theinstructions given to them by DoorDash. He explained, if I could call DoorDash and get DoorDash to pick it up, he?d be glad tomake me another one. My experience today with DoorDash was arguably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And itwas such a relief to speak to someone at McDonald?s who just wanted to make it right for me. He was thorough in explaining whythey had prepared my order the way I received it, and immediately offered to replace the item I had a complaint about. Christianwas the silver lining this evening, in an otherwise regretful decision to order via DoorDash. Hopefully, customer servicerepresentative?s can take note of how easy it is sometimes to remedy a situation, especially if you?re willing. Thank you somuch Christian. Read more

Honestly shouldn?t be charging people almost $3 for the tiniest ice cream cones on the planet nor should you be handing out ice... cream cones that are falling over and sideways when it?s 100 degrees outside and they?re going to melt quickly. Can?t tell youhow many times I?ve had to clean up ice cream out of the seat of my car due to this. I just don?t want to be treated like I?m ableep when I ask you to remake it for me. Read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews especially these days when places are so short staffed and sometimes can't help certain... situations but I went through the drive thru Monday 5/30/22 and got my order. Got a block away and my daughter said they forgotone sandwich so we went back and she went in to let them know and get our missing sandwich. She got back in the car and theygave us the wrong missing sandwich. I just left and ate it. Wasn't happy but next time I don't care how long the line gets, Iwon't leave the window without checking and getting the right food. Read more
