Their coffee drinks are very fluffy and sweet, but they lack coffee. I ordered a 4 shot drink and could barely tell, went back... through and got an 8 shot frapuccino, that was acceptable. Btw, if your whip cream is not sugar free then there is no reason toput it on a "sugar free" drink, that could risk health or safety. Read more
We stopped by while visiting family, and it was a different kind of coffee than I'm used to. My wife ordered a blended Pumpkin... Caramelicious. It did not taste strongly of coffee, and the cinnamon was a bit strong, but overall she enjoyed it. I had aMango Smoothie. I seems to have yogurt or some sort of milk base that tones down the mango flavor. Not bad, but a littledisappointing. My daughter had a Matcha Green Tea Smoothie with chocolate added. Though this may sound like an unlikelycombination, it's absolutely delicious and more common than you'd think. Her only complaint was getting chucks of ice throughthe straw. Read more

Overpriced, horrible quality coffee. You can get far better quality for less money at some local coffee shops and support a... small business at the same time. I've never had a drink here that tastes like anything other than sugar. Edit: Management seemsto be responsive based on their prompt response to reviews. That and the staff being friendly on my visits earned an extra starbut not my future business. Read more
Have never had a bad experience at this place until today. Ordered my usual expresso ground. The lady gave me like 4 different... flavors to choose from. I said can you repeat that she said them again. I said caramelicious I guess I was confused expresso hasnever been offered to me in different flavors. Get to the window and she hands me a bag of ground coffee. I said is thisexpresso she says no it's coffee. Did you want this and held up a bag of expresso. I said yes ground. She said we don't grindthis it is whole beans. I said I get it here all the time ground. Again she says mam we have never ground it. I said well youare lying but ok I get it here all the time ground. Again she argues with me and says mam we have never done that. I said it'sOK I know the manager and I am contacting them. At that time I said that she said well we used to grind it but we don't anymore.That sent me over the edge. She flat out lied to me!!!! She could of said I'm sorry mam we used to grind it but we don'tanymore. Nope she argued with me until she heard contacting the manager!!!!!! Then she changed her story to we used to but notanymore. I called her a smart ellic and drove off. Don't lie and be a smart ellic with a smile on your face!!! I stop atScooters in Jackson MO every chance I get, but this will be my last trip there!!!!!!!!
