Ordered on the app. Waited 10 min after the screen told me my order was on its way out. . Pressed the button only to find out... they had never made the drinks. Brought my order messed up. I am beyond fed up with Jackson Sonic. I have been craving their food for a month now and have went multiple times and they have... either messed my order up, forgot items (THAT COME WITH THE FOOD I ORDERED) and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered theBLT with NO tomato (idc if that?s weird, that?s what I like) and they literally put tomatoes on and must?ve taken them offbecause I got home and took a bite and saw tomato juice and a seed and it tasted like tomato. Now what if I would?ve beenallergic to tomatoes? I am fed up. I?ll make the drive to the Cape Girardeau location from now on. This is HORRIBLE service.It?s really not that hard to make food how it?s ordered and check the bag before walking out the door to be sure EVERYTHING isin there.
