When I placed my order; The counter gentleman stated to me; are you kidding me<,? I had ordered a taco pack of 12: he said; we... are busy and our soda machine is down and I will have to get your drink over here! I opted for no soda and went to my car andgot water bottles:. The Jackson Taco Bell is probably the worst fast-food restaurant in Jackson. Over multiple trips we've haven't had one smooth... purchase. Orders are wrong food is cold. Cheese wasn't even melted on our quesadilla. Read more
The food is fine,if you get what you actually order. The last 4 times I've gone they forget something,or make something wrong.... This morning they really blew it out of the park by forgetting something AND giving me the wrong thing on my order. I overheardthe manager being rude the the staff a few times and just that makes me not want to come back. I don't know what's been going onwith this place lately but it used to be good, friendly and my orders were always made quickly and correctly. I don't know whothe manager there is but she needs to treat her staff right and step up her customer service skills. Read more
This Taco Bell used to be the spot to go to but now I would rather eat dirt. I keep giving them a chance over and over and yet... they continue to disappoint. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Food is never made correct. They barely give you thecorrect portions of meat or anything else. Just so many different things over time. I have not had a good experience there in atleast the last year. It sucks to say but I will no longer go to this Taco Bell. I will go to the one on Williams St in Capebefore going here again! I?m pretty sure the worker was the only worker, she was answering the phone, taking care of the window and went to the back to... make my quesadilla. The quesadilla probably had 3 tiny pieces of chicken, not much cheese and I threw most of it away because itwas just tortilla. The beefy been burrito had no beef in it and it was all sauce, it went everywhere after taking one bite. TheDoritos logos Taco was cold and super broken. Read more
Be prepared to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes. There is no better time to go than another. It's been this slow for... years. And I will no longer waste my fuel or time on the Jackson taco bell. Read more
