We use to really like TJ's when they first opened. We placed orders from the house for pick up twice, They were wrong both... times. The one time they asked if we wanted to come back or get a credit. The other time they only apologized. We are talking$70. Pricey for a family of 4 for burgers. No drinks. That is very good business to at least credit the customer and weappreciate that. But both times we were disappointed in the food for the price. Just a week or so ago we thought we'd go thereto eat. Maybe eating in @ TJ'S would be better. It wasn't . One time or two you can understand. Third time, strike out. Theburger was dry. The atmosphere loud. Staff was communing by the front & loud talking. The waitress never even asked if weneeded anything after food was served. My husband's sandwich was good. It had more fat than it should have . My water fromwherever they got it tasted all wrong. Not going back again. No sense complaining. They are on a slide downwards. I just thinkwe can do better for the money. They have 3 spots up front right by the door dedicated to take out and pick up. Just visited from out of town. The menu sounded great and was nice to see gluten free buns! We ordered and the burgers came... out extremely overcooked. The fries were over seasoned. The waitress didn't stop back to ask about the food until we we aboutdone eating. When mentioning the overcooked burgers, no mention about anything. No sorry, can I remake it, take part off abill, nothing. I wouldn't stop back again. Read more
Definitely one of the most affordable places I've been to in a long time. The only issue I had was deciding what to order. I... wasn't feeling it from the outside appearance but tried it anyway, and soooo glad I did. It is a small place with a sports barfeel but very warm and inviting. The pizza is amazing. The burgers are huge and the best I've had in many states. The wings wereperfectly seasoned. The dirty fries were ALOT. Our server Shannon was so friendly and helpful. I wanted a mixed drink but didn'tknow what I wanted, she asked me a few questions and made me the best drink I have ever had! We were laid over just down theroad for the weekend TJ's was our go to place for 2 days. The were currently doing dine in, curbside, and DELIVERY... Great forthe fellow truckers laid over. My husband and I were out for a Saturday drive to look at the fall foliage. We love to stop at non chain places and check out... the menu. Our waitress, Ashley, was awesome. She was friendly and knowledgeable and always had a smile on her face. We gotthe sampler and then we ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. We were so full after eating the sampler that we took the pizza home. Thesampler was delicious and the pizza was some of THE best we've ever had, even after warming it up in the oven. 5 stars all theway and can't wait to come back with friends. Read more
Celebrated our adopted sons 22 birthday with TJ's carry-out. Great food! I ordered the mushroom swiss with regular fries. It was... very good and the fries were crispy and salted perfect. My fiancee ordered the steak tacos. The tacos were a little bit spicywhich we prefer and a generous portion of grilled sirloin, they also use soft tacos shells which also we preferred. The birthdayboy ordered a farmhouse burger which was gigantic. Had 3 pieces of Texas toast, burger, chicken, bacon, egg and all thecondiments. Surprisingly he ate it all, he's a growing boy! Mother in law had the Reuben which she commented had a generousportion of corned beef. She couldn't really taste it cause she is still getting over COVID. Father in law had the regularhamburger which he said was average, but he's a very picky eater. The only complaint is about the onion rings which we had twoorders of. They were pretty bland and needed salt. Other than the onion rings everything was awesome and I would highlyrecommend eating here. I will be eating here often. Awesome. Service was excellent, very friendly. Food also awesome. A new family favorite. Third trip was terrible. 20 minutes... waiting to order drinks finally just left. Place wasn't busy at all. 26 mile drive to get here. Sorry won't be returning. Read more
Food was ok. Not the best, not bad either. Place was clean, staff was excellent, many TV's for sports, but only one playing.
