If I could give 0 I would. We went in for the first time and did some shopping. Fell in love with this place!! My husband asked... for the PRICE of a specific water and the cashier took his info. they then took it upon themselves to order the water and callmy husband and yell at him for refusing the water HE NEVER ASKED FOR. The owner Sal called my husband disrespectful because?when you place and order you come get it? yet NO ORDER WAS PLACED. He then slammed the phone on my husband. WE WILL NEVER BEGOING HERE AGAIN! This is my tenth time ordering from Bella Italia Jackson and they never disappoint. I ordered the hot buffet for 50 people and... we had plenty of food. Everyone enjoyed the meal and loved the bread! Updated 11/28/2021: Decided to make it a little easier on myself for Thanksgiving this year and ordered one of their... Thanksgiving Packages. Bella Italia did not disappoint. The Turkey was cooked 3/4 and was seasoned so perfectly it made itimpossible for me to ruin it when I finished roasting it at home. Best turkey ever.
