Absolutely disgusting behavior. I sent through the drive thru and told the employee I had a coupon and before I could finish my... sentence he abruptly interrupted me stating he only needs the code not my explanation. I overlooked that behavior and triedplacing my order to which he again was extremely RUDE and told me to give the drink order- I said never mind, I didn?t wantanything because of his behavior and drove away. When I called to speak to the manager she gave me an equally rude ?apology? andtold me they?re short staffed and the employee didn?t mean to be rude. As I?m explaining my grievance she begins speaking overme and making excuses. I told her - I wasn?t a rude customer so I didn?t deserve to be spoken to like that. She basically toldme to get over it. I disconnected the call because clearly rudeness is the standard for this store. Do better. It?s hard outhere for everyone, if someone is speaking kindly it does not hurt to offer the same respect. Extremely slow service at 6pm. They have the inside store area closed so I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line to... pick up my online preorder. If I knew it would be this long, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Will do so in the future.Whomever manages this store needs to step their game up and OPEN the inside. If you are going to take online orders, open upyour damn dining room or at least have a pull up spot like mcdonalds. Read more
UPDATE : This location must be under new management. The last few times I have gone here, the food was correct, hot , and... tastee. This place is terrible, food always cold, manger is not friendly, caring, or concerned about anything more then hiscellphone earbuds that are always plugged in. Today they said their grill was broken as we wanted grilled chicken sandwich,however, they are still able to somehow grill the whoopers in the grill. The employees are generally very nice, but the managersare rude, show, and not very knowledgeable. They are especially mean and disrespectful to the employees in the open withcustomers around. Do yourself a favor and go to the one by great adventure instead. Read more

This Burger King is located with a strip mall. The establishment is modern with a manicured lawn and outside property is neat... and clean. The inside is very clean and fresh.
