I ordered one pizza, fries, and garlic knots at 5:40 PM and was quoted a 6:36 PM to 6:51 PM delivery through their online... service. 7:00 PM rolls by and I call to ask where my order is. I?m told it?ll be there ?soon?. 7:20 PM comes and I call again.I?m told the order was given to the wrong spot and they need to start over with the order. No call to update me when it was halfan hour late, no offer to discount their overpriced food. Terribly unprofessional. Would not recommend. Read more
We were looking forward to trying their pizza as it was rated one of best. I am so sorry to say we were highly disappointed. The... pizza looked beautiful, but sadly had no taste. We ordered it with mushrooms and meatballs and they too added no flavor. I couldnot tell what was missing but sadly we do not believe we will try here again for pizza. Had such high hopes. Ordered a grandma pizza (that was displayed on counter). Asked the server what it was... as it appeared to have fresh basil,... thick bread and fresh mozz... she said grandma. Ordered pie. Took home with kids to realize it was nothing like what they had onthe counter. No basil at all on pie. EXTREMELY PLAIN SAUCE. Barely any cheese. Thin crust. Worst pie we've had in a long time.When I called they said you can come pick up another pie i said no way(already at home across town with 3 kids settled) and sooh well sorry. Really good food. This is an authentic Italian spot. You can see everything being made which is pretty cool. Nice place to hold... a small party or gathering. They could improve in some of the cleanliness, but this seems common in pizza shops. Read more

We ordered all appetizers and Pizza which was very good. Even better, they have live entertainment every Friday. Lou was... impressive nailed the Frank Sanotra classics. My girls brought their friends and they also enjoyed themselves. Ask for the areaunder the tent for up close live music entertainment. Tables in the back for a more quiet scene. Read more
If i could give this place zero stars, i would....I've ordered a few times from this place because it's literally less than 5... minutes away from me. First off, the quality of the food has most certainly decreased. the portions have drastically decreasedwhile the price has increased. They used give bread with pasta before but not anymore. Last time I placed a delivery order andhad to wait 2 hours before I called and the girl on the phone argued that her driver did deliver the food and that I didn'tanswer the door so it was left at my front door which was an absolute lie. They delivered my food to someone elses place....Thistime i placed a pick order to avoid the hassle of delivery challenges. The major disappointment was they gave me burnt garlicknots. Like do they really not check what they are serving their customers?!?!? Lastly, the girl they have working in the frontis beyond unprofessional. I greeted her twice thinking she just didn't hear me the first time but I was wrong. I paid over $60for food quality of less than $15...I don't recommend this place to anyone. A friend of mine who lives near here recommended Mona Lisa to me for Stromboli. I wound up sitting down and having some pasta... too. Delicious! The owner and the girl at the counter were really cool and sent me home with some Sunday sauce that just cameoff the stove. Can't wait to try it. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Jackson.
