I spent over 21 years in retail management, so my opinion means something. (At least on this topic ????) This place ROCKS! The... staff here is like nowhere else. These people are like family. When they say have a nice day they mean it. When they ask howyou are today, they mean it. Helpful, friendly and there to be of service. I don't know where they find these people. I live near by and come in this store daily for one thing or another. Today i came in and ordered an iced caramel Americano.... After i paid and waited the young lady handed me a yellow cup of water and called my number. I said that's not mine...the womancontinued to argue with me insisting I had ordered a cup of water with caramel. Finally another store associate came by andoffered to remake my drink, noticing that there were no coffee beans left in the machine (hence the cup of water with caramel).While she was remaking the order the young lady stood arms crossed staring at me shaking her head. After being made extremelyuncomfortable I told them to keep it and walked out. Never had an experience like that before in this store and will never goback in there after these experience. Read more
I stop there every morning for an iced coffee, the workers are always pleasant. I like that they have self checkout since it is... quicker. I stop for gas a few times per week, and the service out there is great also. I even had a gas station attendantclean my windows the other day without me asking. Read more
Fortunately it isn?t the worst quick check I?ve been too. Definitely the most unsanitary food wise. The woman making my sandwich... had hair longer than her torso without even having a hairnet. That being said, her hair wasn?t even in a bun. Just a freeflowing pony tail. Unfortunately the older women that they have working inside are some very rude women. Atmosphere had a lot todo with my visit to places. They ruined that this trip. Read more
