Ordered 5 big king sandwiches and five onion rings one plain two without onion and one as is all four were made with everything... we were shorted a sandwich and an order of onion rings. With the price of a whopper meal now 9.00 and 15.00 hr min wage i expectbetter service for what i paid for the meal i ordered. Not being a Karen but see it from my point of view. Read more
I like BK. They actually have about the best burgers in town, which I grant is about the equivalent of calling someone the best... surfer in Finland, but I can't give this store a higher rating. I can't speak for the brand as a whole but this store has thevague air of a funeral home. I get the sense that corporate has prioritized profits over the wellbeing of their employees to thepoint that it affects the dining experience for the customer. On the plus side, the Play tubes in the store are fun for the kidsand usually clean, but any more than 5-6 at a time would be overcrowded. If you wanna charge 8 bucks for a burger, at leastpay your people enough that they can serve it with a smile. Edit: The overall experience has improved a lot in the first half of2019. The employees greet you with a smile and seem genuinely and generally more invested in the customer experience. Just nasty! We came in and when it took forever to order, then everything we wanted to order they said sorry we ran out, so we... had to spend $20 more the we wanted just to eat and after about 10 minutes we got our food and nun of the tables ware clean, wehad to clean before we could set and eat then the floor was covered in trash and the food was over cooked and hard to eat, Wichwe ended up just leaving in on the table. This place is just bad they never have food you want and they don't clean. Read more
I bought 2 double cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. Both items were so cold and nasty. The cheese would not even melt on... burgers even after 30 min. The nuggets were cold inside and rubbery. This is second time in 3 days poor service. The employeeswere more interested in smoking out side.. this food laid under lights for awhile.. the employees acted like no big deal when Ibacked up and told them. Yes, bad service, bad atmosphere, and bad food. This is why people get sick....I will never return atthis location again.. Read more
