Great food and great service
It\'s changed alot in the last year with new owners. All the memorabilia on the walls has been removed.
Small place. Very poor selection. Even worse waitress. Never even asked if we wanted any refills or another round. Serves beer... in the can. Cook was nice and friendly. Serves the normal fried pub food. Any easy pass unless you are very desperate. Read more

Over 10 years ago a fishing buddy and I stopped at Pete\'s Corner Pub for a sandwich and a beer after fishing a nearby lake. It... felt like I was walking back into the 60s. Lager beer and a burger in a friendly atmosphere. Years later I found myself inJackson again on a Monday with some golfing buddies. Aside from the normal fast food franchises, the choices for food werelimited. A local resident suggested Pete\'s. I had an immediate flashback and suggested to my pals that we give it a try. Iopened the door and it felt like 10 years ago. Nothing had changed. The beer and food menus were exactly the same. The woodenbar stools attached to the floor and showing some wear, looked as if they had stories to tell. When is the last time you had acheeseburger and a beer for $5? You can get that at Pete\'s Corner Pub. If you are looking for atmosphere, friendly folks and abeer and a sandwich, you can get the normal franchise food or you can visit Pete\'s and experience some down home food andatmosphere. Subpar burger. When asked what came on the \"pub burger\", was told whatever I wanted. I requested mayo, ketchup, pickle,... lettuce. Received bacon, cheese, lettuce, pickle. Appeared to be pre-made/processed patty based on the perfectly circular anduniform shape. Fries were crinkle cut, did appear to be freshly cooked.
