Can't say much for friendliness cause I asked a menu question and the window server said they didn't know. I said why not? They... answered ma'am I just work here. I said that's the point. So didn't go well. Plus would like senior disc like other fast foodplaces like taco bell. Wouldn't hurt might get more customers. Newbies need more finese w customers and speak normal not mybad!! I only ordered a large peach lemonade on this stop. The drink gets 1 star without a doubt it was delicious. At almost $4 I would... have to require it to be the best ever. The employees were not on the best behavior as an apparent reunion was taking place atthe back of the parking lot. I watched my drink go several places with the employee that made it prior to it making to me. It'sa new location but it seems to be following all the old ways of the north locations in this town. All I needed was a drink, Iwouldn't have attempted a food purchase that day with so many people around the employees and the back area full with smallchildren running around the drive thru area. I'll start on a positive note. The food wasn't bad. Not great, but not bad, either. And, the cashier was smiling. Now ... As for... the store itself. Filthy. Filthy. The dining room needs to be shut down to the public until it has been scoured with bleach andammonia. All tables were dirty. Trash on the floor. A solid layer of grease throughout, shoes stuck to the floor, and the doorhandles were black with filth. Read more
I pulled up and placed my order about 2 mins before 2pm and certainly didn't get my food till after 2pm and they didn't give me... the discount on the sliders. Besides that I bought the brisket meal and it was dry as a bone, seemed like it had been sittingunderneath the warmer since it was made at lunch. Visited this Arby?s a little after 12 on my lunch break. My wrap was ready by the time I pulled up to the window and I didn?t... wait more than 3 minutes in line with two cars in front of me. Wrap was constructed well, held up on my trip, and tasted quitegood, especially with their three pepper hot sauce. Met and exceeded my expectations for a fast food drive thru experience. Read more
Nice place, not easy to get into drive through but still capable...staff seemed nice and friendly, food was hot but was a mess... also.my double roast beef was only half on the bun and cheese everywhere except sandwich. Didn't like moping it up from wrappermuch.. my fries were a mix of old and new fries it seemed only thing perfect was my drink.. overall I'll be back to try againand see if better in a month or so Read more
This place was terrible. DT packed and the whole lobby was a complete wreck. No napkins, no ketchup and the drink counter was a... mess. My number 1 Double was served without curly fries which are the ONLY fries that should be served at an Arby's. Also, Iwasn't informed of this until after I was already served. The roast beef was decent but the cheese was short, almost none. I canunderstand a busy day, but this is just terrible. Read more
Service at this location is the worst I have ever seen at an Arby's. Started out wonderful but now it has changed so much I do... not even care to visit the restaurant ever again. Arby's needs to make some changes or you will be out of business in notime Update Sept 23rd at 340pm nothing has changed! I even tried talking to the cashier up front and she completely ignored me.Other than the order she didn't say a word and when I told her thank you she just walked away This place just keeps gettingworse! No wonder we cannot keep any decent restaurants in south Jackson... the individuals being employed must get hired overthe phone and are extremely lazy. My beef and cheddar classic seemed too wide as though maybe they were using larger buns...nope open the wrapper and it looks like it's been thru a land slide ???????? cheddar all over the wrapper not the sandwich balloff beef stuck in the middle of the bottom bun ans the top bun on the other side of the sandwich and the fries have been sittingthere for an extremely long time!
