On the morning of October 31st we attempted to order food at the drive-thru. we arrived at 10:30 when the drive-thru should have... opened and waitied for 10 minutes while regularly attempting to get someones attention. We attempted to call the store line gotnot answer. We drove around to the window to get someones attention and yhere appeared to be no one manning the store at all. Went to Arby's instead. Read more

The fish was good. The chicken strips were tiny. The jumbo shrimp was so rubbery and hard it had to be tossed. They had one... employee working the inside and drive thru. She was delightful but the food was not. Read more

The night of August the 12th. They only had two guys working in the restaurant. And Did an amazing job. Food was fresh & hot.... The guy at the window was friendly, very nice. You can't find service like that with a full crew. If I could, I would give themguys 10 ???? Read more

The drive thru was incredibly slow to the point it took me over half an hour to get my food. With on two people in front of me... that is NOT good. The food itself was ok though a bit over cooked. I feel training is needed at the location to help theworkers become more efficient. Read more

The one in Jackson TN either needs more employees or better service. The food is fine, but the drive thru is PAINFULLY slow. We... had to wait almost 30 minutes for our dinner. Half of that time was waiting to get to the speaker, which only had one car inline. If we hadn't already paid for our meal, we would've just left the window. Read more

okay let's begin by saying for one on that particular day they were not taking debit cards and or credit cards for whatever... reason only cash although there was no one in the restaurant it took 15 minutes to get my order. Number 2 my order wascold number 3 I ordered a 15-piece shrimp I received 12 or my plate so I had to send it back not only was I missing three shrimpbut my French fries were cold from the start the manager proceeded to come in and announced that she had to go and buy inventoryout of her pocket such as shrimp and I couldn't hear what else because they ran out the coleslaw had absolutely no tastewhatsoever if you need someone to make some coleslaw I can make it for you a whole heck of a lot better than it had absolutelyno mayonnaise in it no taste whatsoever number for the fish batter was not done I can verify all of this was pictures that Itook the fish batter was not done so when you got to the middle of your product it was just sticky because it was not fullycooked, the only bright spot to my visit on Sunday approximately 3:30 in the afternoon was Toya, she worked over and above thestaff there are not properly trained and she is only oneone person who ran back and forth through that store like a chicken withher head cut off trying to make sure her customers were satisfied kudos to Toya, oh and also if I met at a number 5 if anyonecares the shrimp were no bigger than my pinky you will see in one of the pictures where I'm holding it shrimp that's once Ipeeled off all the batter that was not done Read more
