The cashier was extremely rude to another co worker of hers. She knows I?m a regular there. I always order my burrito half and... half on my protein. Well, the day I went to get my lunch there, there was a very polite friendly guy tall and thin and woreglasses his Spanish skills are alright I believe he is learning so I give him props. He made my burrito and made my Mothers bowlwhen she was about to check us out he told him what he put in my burrito meat wise and she was upset and angry at him and wassaying she needed to charge me for 2 burritos because according to her he gave me more meat than half and half which was nottrue. That has always been the amount I have received always. She kept on arguing with the young guy and another worker who wasdoing the online orders about him putting to much meat and that he was doing it wrong.I thought it was unprofessional. Not onlythat but she didn?t have the nerve to look at me. So,I told her that we didn?t want any of our food if she was going to bedisrespectful not only to the young man that did our order but also to me. She did not want to sell me my burrito unless shedouble charged me for it she kept shaking her head like it was a big deal. She took my desire to eat there when that happen evenmy mom was upset. So we made the choice to leave. That young boy did his job doing our orders and letting her know what was inwhat order and what amount. Not, only that but I kept noticing that she wouldn?t take her eyes of the young boy before and afterhe made our orders. Is like she didn?t trust him or something. I didn?t say much to her bcz I don?t like dealing with ppl likethat .I worked in a lot of places and know how coworkers like her are. She was acting like a supervisor when that clearly is nother job nor was she a manager there either for her to have acted the way she did with that young boy. This was my first time trying this place. The staff was helpful in explaining what items on their menu were that we had never... heard of. You get a lot of food for the price. What I was most pleased with was that even though it was a bit spicy, it was easyon my stomach. That's hard for me to find these days. It seems they use high quality ingredients. I will definitely be back. Thewhole family loved it, even the kids. Read more

I needed a quick dinner before meeting up with some friends, so I stopped in for my first burrito from Chipotle. The employee... behind the counter was not very vocal so I did not really know what all was available for a burrito or if anything would costextra. This is a small gripe though because I was able to figure it out and inevitably quickly received my burrito. My burritowas folded well and held together while I was eating it. The steak was very tender and overall my burrito was very tasty. Theonly thing I would change with my order is getting the salsa on the side because my burrito got a little soggy at the bottom,but that?s on me it was a rookie mistake. The dining room had a modern style and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I would happilycome back for another meal. Read more

My husband picked up order, that we ordered off app. We didn't get 2 orders of chips and 2 orders of queso. Everyone makes... mistakes. I have no problem with errors. What I do have problem with is the fact they have an automated phone system that willnot let you speak to person to clear up the mistake. So basically can't remove from bill and will have spent double the amountof we drove back in to get items left off. Should be able to have some recourse. Won't be ordering anytime soon and especiallynot on app. Read more

As we walked in one employee was running to the drive thru window and shouting. We waited and the same employee came to the... counter shouting and laughing. "He was UGLY!". The entire time we were there she was shouting. She half listened to ourorder. There werent any clean trays to carry out food to the table. The drinks station was a total wreck. Every table wasfilthy. And no they weren't short staffed. Everyone just stood around doing nothing. Except yelling and laughing. It was anunnerving meal to say the least. We originally went to Freddy's but the restaurant was dirty and just miserable. So we went to Chipotle and it was a huge... difference! We walked in and the vibe of the whole restaurant was happy. The employees genuinely were happy to be there. Therestaurant was clean and service was fast and fun. Then we sat down to eat. Omg! It was perfection!
