Party pricing seems high but with some careful planning can be quite entertaining. Kids have fun and seems pretty safe
This place used to be a good place, back when I was a kid, granted the games have been updated and the like but staff is still... quite rude, the tables were left stacked with garbage, restrooms were unsanitary. I'd commit on the "smoke" that seems to lingerthrough the facility but I'll just keep my family away and make the trip to Nashville for the better one there. Read more
Chuck E. Cheese just isn?t the same as it used to be. We visited The jackson location for the first time ever. It?s is over... priced. We waited over an hour for our pizza. When I went to check on it it was sitting there getting cold. I told the guy thebuzzer did not go off. And he told me it did. He then told me they gave me the wrong number. No big deal mistakes happen. Therewas a kids birthday party going on at the same time we were there. There was no excitement in the birthday song that they sangto the children. What really upset me was when the lady at the register asked my six year old son what he wanted to be when hegrew up. After he told her he wanted to be a cop she emphasized that she didn?t ?mess with cops? and that ?well as long asyou?re a good one?. My husband is a cop and this was a comment that should not have been made to a six year old boy at a familyestablishment. She implied that she did not like police officers. Read more
So my grandson come up from tupelo for the week. I took him to Chuck e cheese on today Friday July 22, 2022 and people were... unfriendly, lazy, out of straws and tables piled up with food/trash, 4-5 workers andall stayed in the kitchen, no one want tohelp and dry dishwashing liquid on the bottom of the pan where the pizza come out I have pictures to prove it Read more
Very clean and almost all games were working properly. Pizza was great and employees were very nice. My kids love it here.
