Clearly they are extremely under staffed. Place was somewhat clean, Melissa my server is extremely friendly and polite. Had a 20... minute wait for 1 seat at 1100, tables weren't bussed or wiped down, not even the bar area was clean. The food orders are verylong wait. So far 20 mins for a cheese burger and fries. If your coming here...don't suggest being in a hurry or you are goingto be severely disappointed and upset. Read more
Terrible customer service. I went in around 9 am. Sat and waited for someone to get a drink order. Other people come in 5-10... minutes after me, and they are talked to and given drinks. The servers keep discussing who is going to take me. One lady, whoserves all the tables around me (so one would assume i am in her section) keeps looking over at me and NOTHING. Waited 15minutes and when i saw everyone else that came in after me getting served.... i left. I usually tip 10-15$ if i am eating aloneAND i pre buss my table.... they dropped the ball on this one. This was actually an excellent place to stop, eat and rest. My server Krista made me feel welcomed and served my food with a... great attitude. The dining area was very clean (spotless) with NO trash to be found (5 stars). My food was cooked to perfection,as ordered and I cleaned my plate like I was getting a home cooked meal. My sister and I drove 10 hours from out of state for her truck driving job and reserved a parking spot at pilot. Parking was... easy and the staff is polite. We were excited to eat at this Denny?s. We arrived at about 10:00 PM yesterday and waited 25minutes to be seated before a worker came and told us that due to the company cutting his pay from $20 an hour to $13 an hourhe and the two cooks had decided to quit and were going home and they had to close the store down accepting no more ordersbecause they were the only three people staffed. There were three groups, including a family with small children, a man who hadsaid he was just picking up his already placed to go order, and my sister and I tired and hungry from our trip. Because it wasMemorial Day the other places in the surrounding area were already closed down and we were forced to go to bed on the truck thatnight without eating. This afternoon after completing our truck delivery, we came back at a little after 12:00pm, hoping thesituation had been resolved and we could grab something to go before driving the 10 hours back home. However, they are stillclosed down and now have a sign up claiming that the reason for this was due to ?deep cleaning?. That?s a crock of bull and inmy opinion extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Took us 25 minutes to get seated and waitress took our oder and went down the line to her other customers that got seated same... time we was, went to get drinks and didn't even bring ours we had to ask for them. Then we get the bill and for 2 pieces ofbread which was French toast was almost 10.00 when I could have add meat and eggs and toast for 11,49. I wouldn't recommendthis place to eat at all. They talked to me like we were old friends the service was absolutely perfect the food was cooked just the way I ordered it and... I never had to ask for anything she had it at my table before I could ask. I loved my time there and my meal , also the chat???????? Read more
It was short staffed but food came out relatively fast, over medium eggs where a bit too "over" but bareable. Toast was almost... inedible, Country fried steak was great, gravy a good consistency. Sweet tea was awesome. The waitress today was very overworked but did an excellent job juggling tables needs. Read more
There was only one cook available and the service was slow but fast. I only waited 20 minutes for my food when there were... several other patrons in the restaurant. My order was accurate and the food was good. My waitress was excellent and found timeto check up on me at just the right moments. Read more
