I love these people, and they show it back. With a ten year old who's favorite food is pizza, these guys (and gals) have never... given us a bad pizza. They never seem to have the support they deserve, but always deliver on product quality. I enjoy tryinglocal establishments but this domino's is the best pizza place I've had, in my opinion. I normally order from this dominoes at least once every 2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN! They have made the nastiest pizzas that I have... ever had the last 3 times that I have ordered and the pizzas have been wasted as well as the money that I spent on them! I kepthoping that it was just new people and it would go back to being decent but NOPE! Terrible! Whoever owns this location does notcare about the quality of the food that they serve. I am so glad that Pizza Hut is opening up out south so that you maybe youcan actually get decent pizza in south Jackson either way this DOMINOES location will never get another penny from me. I meanreally, how is it even possible to make a pizza that tastes this like someone has stepped on it with dirty feet? these pictureswere exactly how it looked when I opened the box today and I knew better than to try to take it in and ask for another! Sat in front of the pickup window for over 15 minutes staring at my pizzas before 1 of the 4 employees that were working... actually bothered to come to the window. Then charged me $1.17 for a tiny container of Barbecue sauce. I can?t wait until PizzaHit opens up out south. Read more
Worst dominos on earth. Spend your money elsewhere. Trust me. According to the tracker. My pizza was out of the oven for 45... minutes when I received it. Can?t imagine why it was cold! Read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! USE PIZZA HUT or any other pizza place. I ordered online, once order is submitted a feature shows a name of... a person in this store that notes that your pizza is being prepped...FALSE!! I live outside of town, drove in (approx20min)...arrived with 2 vehicles in line at takeout window...I waited for 15 min...no customer served yet...auto in front movedout of line, went in store and about 5-7 mine came out with her pizza...I waited another 5 minutes...went into store to inquireto what the problem was, store reps checked my order and then the prep person stated "I'm about to start prepping yourpizza"....remember this is approx 40-45 mins since placing the order on line! I left....so spent an hour and 10$ worth of gasto leave the store without a pizza! Read more
Well lets see here first off few weeks back got the kids to order pizza online quick and easy i thought nope was over an hour... after they said it was on the way it arrived cold. No problem call the store ask for the manager says no problem sir we will putu in for a store credit call a week later for store credit and get told nope we didnt write that down. Now today try to call andorder pizzas and they cant even answer a phone and online ordering is down what a joke for a dominoes Read more
I liked the pizza but I made the accident of going inside to pick it up. Nasty. Person took my credit card, handled money and... never washed his hands. Then went back making pizza. Very disorganized. Employees hooping and hollering. Yikes. Read more
