The happiest and friendliest staff work here. I wish every establishment had as much positive energy as the Fazoli's team at... this location have. We stopped in for a quick bite to eat while traveling and never anticipated walking into so much sunshine. Good job guys and girls! Thanks for making it a great day and feeding us in a flash. They were very friendly and T is a great cook. The pizza was fresh and hot and the breadsticks were hot and buttery. We go... weekly and they remember our order and have it rung up by the time we were at the register! Read more

This place has improved so much from my last visit. Highly impressive staff, the teamwork and communication was great amongst... them. The Baked Sampler was good along with the house salad, even though the salad was "magically" produced from somewhere underthe counter it seemed. Everything was nice and neat, even the drink stand was in order . There seemed to be a misunderstandingfrom a few customers on when the actual time is the lobby closes and the kitchen handled it promptly and efficiently. Read more
We have only been to this Fazolis twice. The first time we didn't like it to well but this time was a lot better. There is a... good variety of pasta dishes to choose from. The food is pretty good but it doesn't come out hot. Kinda like every otherrestaurant. The portions are a really good size for the price, which is about average for a place like this. Our only complaintthis time was the breadsticks were really hard and cold. But we were given new ones which were much better. The employees arefriendly and we were greeted when we walked in. As for the restaurant itself it does need updating and maybe a little cleaner.But this seems to be the case for all the restaurants in Jackson. Read more
