41 minutes from the time I swiped my card until I got my food. Ordered 4 items, no changes and no special requests on any. I... watched as 23 people came in after me and received their orders. Several of which where items that I had ordered. They couldhave made my order no less than three times based on others ordering the same items that I had. If you are in any kind of hurryI?d suggest grabbing something off the roller grill in the truck stop. When I finally did get my food it was cold except for onesandwich. Even though they had enough staff behind the counter it took longer than usual for the five people that had already ordered... along with myself to get what they ordered. I don't believe it was delay in biscuits cooking but you're taking your own chances. Read more
I Live Like 4 Miles Away and Never Knew They Were Open 24/7. Food Was Made Fresh "Right Then" .... *BIG PLUS* .... ... Drive-Thru Guy Was Totally Awesome, Had Patience With Me. MONSTER ANGUS BURGER I pulled in on Monday 24 Jan 2022 04:04PM. I used to go to the Hardees on South Highland all the time,... which closed last year. This one is way out of the way for me, but I really wanted a 'double cheeseburger' No one was in drivethru when I pulled up. As I drove away and opened the burger I was super impressed. It looked like it was ready for acommercial photo shoot. Perfectly assembled. The bun had been crisped, the bacon was crisp and I was super happy with myburger. Pricey for me at $8.99, the inflation is hitting. I see the poor reviews here from last month, looks like managementis paying attention and improving short comings, I don't know. 1st pic is upside down, sorry, I was sitting at the stoplightwhen I first pulled it out. Great little Hardee?s store/drive-through inside of love?s travel stop. The store is very clean, the people are very nice, with... of course the standard menu, but, they had no shakes. Big disappointment. I was here couple days ago and at that time the shakeswere gone also. I love my shakes. Anyway, Want Hardees? Go to Loves. Read more
Food is good, service however not so good. Pretty rude actually.
After placing order, no less than five people (who I witnessed place their order after I did) all received their order in a... timely manner, i then had to wait an additional 15 mins (with no explanation or even ?hey sorry about your wait.?). My order wascasually tossed onto the counter, followed by a quick turn away from me and something mumbled that I can only guess was ?here yago? from the young lady at the counter.
