First time eating at this location. First impression walking in was really good, then we got to the counter to order person... working the counter was very unfriendly didnt welcome us or answer any questions we had. Husband ordered his food first but hadto stop in the middle of his order bc we didn't know if the guy taking the order was actually taking the order as he was juststanding there, then I ordered the kids food and mine finally. Service time was decent . Get our food to the table, that we hadto wipe off, realize we were missing a meal go to counter let the unfriendly guy know and he hands me an open box of food thathe just threw fries in. I'm guessing the district manager was sitting behind us and he was genuinely concerned with whathappened and said he would handle the employees and that he was sorry. Food taste ok .. not like the ones in Bama ! The manager was trying to guide her crew but they just didn't have much ummph .. a... sweet young girl came in for an interview dress beautifully and the older woman taking order said she's got to much going on towork her I hope she don't come back at 2:30.. man we won't be back id skip this place altogether and try another one Read more
I stopped by since I don?t see these fast food joints very often and was curious. I grabbed their special of a Big Jack and... fries for $4.99. There were two small beef patty?s on a brioche bun. Unlike other places they actually seasoned their meat whichI liked. They used a few veggies. I would say they are a step above a McDonalds but a step below Burger King. The Whopper maynot have well seasoned meat but it defeats the Big Jack with its size which include a larger portion of veggies. The fries werestandard crinkle cut and were unimpressive. Still this is not a bad spot and I look forward to trying some of their otheroptions on future road trips to Memphis. Read more
Good fast food joint. They have a mix of sandwiches, burgers, and fried chicken. I got a menu special, the Alabama white sauce... chicken sandwich and it was huge and filling. The rest of my family got the chicken fingers and they enjoyed them. Nice spotwith a nice selection of southern specialities. Read more
Oh my goodness I absolutely LOVE this place. The food was just so good the service was great. The meal was better than eating a... real home cooked meal. And not a wife trying to cook I mean momma's cooking. They were practicing all the pandemic requirementsperfect the cleanliness was something these workers really took to heart. I just wished we had one of these Jack's near CamdenTennessee. I pulled in thinking i was getting Jack in the box fast food and ended up with a new favorite restaurant. Read more
Food quality is obvious and excellent! First time my wife ate crinkle fries! Staff here are friendly and courteous. Good deals... do exist. Nuggets compare better than Chick-fil-A. Jack burgers are juicy. Milkshakes bring all the customers. Maybe morediabetic options for drinks? Read more
